Our perfume oils are 100% concentrated, not diluted in any way. We sell them as we receive them directly form the manufacturers.

Any products labelled as designer brands are a mere guide and in no circumstance should be mistaken for the actual high street brand. Name trademarks and copyrights are the properties of their respective manufacturers and/or designers. These versions are NOT to be confused with the originals and Arabian Luxuries has no affiliation with said manufacturers/designers. Our interpretation of these fragrances is created via chemical analysis and reproduction; this description offers the customer an idea of scent character, not to mislead, confuse customers or infringe on the manufacturer/designers valuable trademark.

We are proud to say our fragrance oils are a sophisticated blend of natural, nature-identical and aromatic materials. Our perfume oils are IFRA and EU compliant, paraben free and vegan friendly.

No. We are very proud to say none of our products are tested on animals.

Orders may be cancelled until a shipping confirmation email is received. Postage is also refunded if an order is cancelled before receipt of shipping confirmation. If a shipping confirmation has been received, postage cannot be refunded, unfortunately.

You can make adjustments or changes to your order until you receive a shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, once a shipping confirmation is sent, we are unable to make adjustments to the order.

We offer refunds on damaged and faulty items only within 7 days of delivery. For items unopened and still in their original packaging, we accept refunds within 7 days of delivery, following approval. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for skin care products. Simply complete the form in our “contact us” page, quoting order number and stating what the issue is and one of our team will be in touch to go through this with you. We cannot provide refunds on items returned to us without our knowledge, as set out in the terms and conditions

Taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. We therefore advise our customers to check taxes and customs in their country, as once an order is placed, taxes, duties and customs charges cannot be waived or refunded. We would like to point out that if for any reason an item is held or returned to us, the customer is responsible for any and all charges incurred.

Our perfume oils are suitable for all home fragrance and cosmetic products, including candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, cold press soaps, bath and body care.

Perfume oils are not known to have an expiry. Due to regulations, we have placed a 2 year expiration date on our perfume oils. In order to preserve your perfume and keep it smelling optimally, we advise they be kept out of direct heat and sunlight.
