Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the appropriate time frame for the type of delivery selected. Shipping charges are calculated automatically, according to the dimensions and weight of the items ordered.
Orders are usually dispatched from our shipping centre within one day of order confirmation, providing there are no complications or issues; this time is not included within shipping times. If any issues arise, customers will be updated via email or telephone at the earliest opportunity.
Arabian Luxuries offer the following shipping options:
UK DOMESTIC ORDERS
- Free shipping to destinations in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and UK Offshore destinations) is available on orders of £25 or above. Orders will take 5 – 7 days to deliver. This service offers no tracking facility.
- Royal Mail 1st Class – fully tracked and signed for, at £5.57. This service takes 1 – 3 working days (under 20kg)
- Royal Mail 2nd class – fully tracked and signed for, at £5.19. This service takes 2 – 4 working days (under 2kg).
UK DOMESTIC COURIER SERVICE
- Same day delivery, for orders placed before 11am (coming soon)
- Next day guaranteed delivery by 9am (to qualify, order must be placed before 11am)
- Next day guaranteed Saturday delivery by 9am (to qualify, order must be placed before 11am)
- Next day guaranteed delivery by 1pm (to qualify, order must be placed before 11am)
- Next day guaranteed Saturday delivery by 1pm (to qualify, order must be placed before 11am)
- 6% fuel duty is applied to shipping costs
- 20% VAT will be applied to all shipping’s
Guaranteed attempted delivery on the first working day after postage. This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon receipt. It is ideal for urgent or quick deliveries. Customers are usually notified via SMS or email the day before delivery is attempted.
If delivery is unsuccessful, a card may be left with contact details to re-arrange delivery; this is the customers responsibility.
Re-delivery will be attempted twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Arabian Luxuries and the customer will incur a £10 fee to arrange another delivery.
SAME DAY SERVICE
This service is only available on orders placed before 11am.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION)
- Royal Mail tracked and signed for (3 – 5 working days)
- Royal Mail tracked and signed for (3 – 5 working days) with compensation
- European free shipping for orders over £100 (7 – 10 working days)
- 6% fuel duty is applied to shipping costs
- 20% VAT will be added to the final cost
** Parcels shipped to the EU will require CUSTOMS CLEARANCE for imports and exports. This means all shipments made to the EU may require extra processing time. Additionally, shipping fees to the EU may be subject to change**
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (REST OF THE WORLD)
- Royal Mail tracked and signed for (6 – 9 working days)
- Royal Mail tracked and signed for (6 – 9 working days) with compensation
- World-wide free shipping for orders over £200 (10 – 15 working days)
- 6% fuel duty will be applied to shipping costs
- 0% VAT will be added to the final cost
**Parcels shipped to the rest of the world will require CUSTOMS CLEARANCE for imports and exports. Any taxes or fees incurred as a result, are the direct and sole responsibility of the customer and Arabian Luxuries will not be liable for or make any such payments. Please note: when shipments are returned to us, postage is non-refundable. Furthermore, if customers wish for the items to be posted again, there is a £25 fee for this.**
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
- Orders sent by any non-guaranteed shipping option, cannot be considered “lost” until after 15 working days from posting. Therefore, we are unable to re-ship lost or delayed orders sent by the above Royal Mail, before the expiration of the 15 working days
- We recommend the courier service is selected if orders are required urgently.
- Arabian Luxuries is not liable or responsible for orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping being supplied. In such instances, an additional postage charge will be applied for re-delivery.
- Failure to supply correct or complete billing and/or postal details may result in your order being delayed
